We helped a large ISV develop a strategy and plan to leverage cloud marketplaces as a GTM channel which would generate $500M in annual cloud bookings in five years, with $200M in annual bookings in the first 12-18 months.
The plan considered software product re-factoring, prioritized engineering investment, and established internal business ownership as well as a program for collaboration between key internal stakeholders.
Google Partnership
We helped a large ISV enter into a worldwide strategic partnership with Google Cloud, securing a seven-figure dollar investment in JGtM, to provide joint customers with innovative integrated solutions.
Enablement for Sales
We developed a multi-channel sales enablement program for a software vendor combining internal email campaigns, 2-minute training videos, coffee talks, and learning tracks to enable software sales executives in co-selling and SaaS sales.
The learning program received a 98% positive rating from sales executives completing the course resulting in 140% attainment in co-selling opportunities.
SW/HW Innovation
We worked with an enterprise telecom switching software vendor and one of the world's largest server manufacturers to enter into an award-winning technology partnership that supplied native IP Telephony to 160,000 legacy server customers worldwide and stem customer attrition.
AWS Partnership
We helped a global ISV enter into a worldwide strategic partnership with the world's leading cloud vendor, securing a seven-figure investment in JGtM, to help joint customers accelerate their journey to the cloud.
AI/Printer Innovation
We worked with a global independent software vendor and a global manufacturer of enterprise printing solutions to innovate with a technology partnering solution that combined AI/ML document intelligence and enterprise printer networks.
